For a ghoulish twist on a classic martini, combine gin, dry vermouth and red food colouring to impress your guests with this showstopper Halloween cocktail
Put all the ingredients except the orange zest in a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice). Add ice to the shaker and shake again. Strain into an absinthe glass or small wineglass and squeeze the strip of orange zest on top of the drink for the aroma, then discard it.
