  • 200g fresh or frozen strawberries
    (stalks removed if using fresh)
  • 2 large scoops strawberry or vanilla ice cream
    or a vegan alternative
  • 500ml milk
    or plant milk
  • 2 tsp malted milk powder
  • whipped cream
    and sprinkles, to serve (optional)

Method

  • step 1

    If using fresh strawberries, set aside one for garnishing later. Tip the remaining strawberries into a blender with the ice cream, milk and malted milk powder, then blend until smooth.

  • step 2

    Divide between two milkshake glasses and top with whipped cream and sprinkles, if you like. If you have reserved a fresh strawberry, cut it in half and use to garnish.
