Palomezcal
Try a twist on one of Mexico's favourite cocktails using mezcal instead of tequila for a refreshing, summery sipper
Add the kiwi half, kiwi liqueur, agave syrup and lime juice to the bottom of a cocktail shaker and muddle together. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake together.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with a slice of kiwi.
