    Put a handful of ice in a highball glass, then pour over the Campari and orange juice. Stir, then garnish with the orange slice and serve.

Recipe tip

To make this alcohol-free, swap the Campari for Lyre’s Italian Orange or Martini non-alcoholic Vibrante. You can also add a few drops of alcohol-free bitters to increase the bitter flavour.
