Blood beetroot cocktails
This blood-red lemonade and Prosecco combo is sure to be your new favourite spooky tipple
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in the vodka and both juices, and shake for 5-10 seconds.
Combine the honey with a drop of food colouring and mix together on a small plate using a cocktail stick until bright red. Dip the rims of two martini glasses into the mixture, swirling gently until coated. Turn the glasses upright again and allow the honey to drip down the sides.
Shake the cocktail shaker a final time, then pour into the glasses.
