It's Christmas so it has to be Stilton - Cropwell Bishop cheese comes in lovely clay pot jars, which make pretty gifts and their cheese is delicious too. If you are expecting lots of family and friends as well as kids to be getting stuck in, you might want to have some fairly mild varieties to hand too, you can't go wrong with a Cornish Yarg, which is creamy and mild with a crumbly centre.

To round it all off perfectly, we'd recommend something soft and spreadable like a goat's cheese - delicious.
