Method

  • step 1

    Put the banana, avocado, soya milk, cocoa, xylitol and yogurt in a food processor or blender. Whizz until smooth, then pour into two tall glasses.

  • step 2

    Top with some extra yogurt and grate over the chocolate to serve, if you like.

Recipe tip

If you have a high-speed blender add a few ice cubes too, especially if making this in the summer, however the frozen avocado makes this the perfect temperature for this time of year.
