Banana, coconut & cardamom bread
Savour the coconutty flavour of this gorgeous banana bread, which comes from the coconut oil and coconut yogurt. Try a slice toasted for breakfast or brunch with sliced banana
In a small food processor, blend the coconut oil or butter, dates (we used medjool), maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Chill until needed, will keep for up to a week.
