Prawns & radishes with chilli mayo dip
For an light Asian inspired starter, try these cooked prawns and crunchy radishes dipped in garlic and chilli mayonnaise
Chill two martini glasses. Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker or jug (except the cucumber ribbons), along with a handful of ice. Shake or mix well to combine, then strain the liquid into the glasses. Garnish with the cucumber ribbons, bunched up and threaded onto a cocktail stick.
