Creamy potato gratin
Dig out your air fryer to make this deliciously creamy potato gratin. It's a great side for a Sunday roast, or for the Christmas dinner table
Toss the sprouts in a bowl with the oil and season. Cook at 180C in the air fryer for 20-25 mins until the edges of the sprouts are starting to turn golden and a fork goes into them easily.
Transfer to a warmed serving bowl. Add the butter and lemon zest, then give a final toss to coat in the melted butter just before serving.
