Aperol spritz typically consists of Aperol (bitters), prosecco and soda water.

What does Aperol spritz taste like?

This cocktail is light and refreshing, with a bittersweet, aromatic taste. Due to its low ABV of 11%, it makes for the perfect low-alcohol drink to serve before dinner or at a summer party.
