@dietitiandebbie
Chicago-based Debbie is a registered dietitian who works in a hospital by day and dishes up drool-worthy recipes on her blog and Instagram account by night. Expect enticing vegetarian fare, with a focus on seasonal produce and an 80% healthy, 20% indulgence split (although lots of Debbie’s sweet treats still sound pretty wholesome – matcha mint popsicle, anyone?)
@thebodycoach
A must-follow if you want to get fit and have fun doing so. We love Joe Wicks' no nonsense approach to healthy living – and his mission to get people eating real food and away from the dieting industry. Joe posts a mix of lean yet luscious recipe ideas, one-minute high intensity workout videos, and the occasional cheat meal to remind us that even super fit Instagram stars are human – a plate of cheese, crackers and Chocolate Orange on Christmas Day? #guilteeeee!
@caitsplate
Aiming to make healthier meal choices everyday but not sure what you fancy for dinner? This expertly curated collection of down-to-earth dishes is sure to inspire. Registered dietitian Cait shares gorgeous overhead shots of what she eats every day, and backs them up with full recipes available on her blog. Expect hearty one-pots such as chipotle chicken rice, beautiful and balanced bento lunchboxes and the occasional burger - on a wholegrain bun, of course…
@ivfitness
If you're already in great shape but looking to kick your training sessions up a notch, this is a great account to follow. Personal trainer and former athlete Idalis Velazquez displays her incredible agility and strength in her one-minute workouts. We love that she focuses on straightforward (although definitely not easy!) movements that rarely rely on gym equipment, and can often be done in a small space. Trust us, even the simplest of Idalis’ routines will make you sweat!
@thedelicious
Bright, colourful and beautifully styled – we’ve never craved healthy food like this before. Just one scroll will give you at least a dozen new ideas for using up the veggies in your fridge while also convincing you that you need to up your food prettifying skills. Currently on our to-do list - branch out from avocado roses to making mango and salmon ones too (seriously, it’s practically an art form.)
@bbcgoodfood
