The Wild Beer Co was founded in 2012 by Andrew Cooper, a former publican, and Brett Ellis, a former chef from California. The Wild Beer Co quickly gained recognition for its creative approach to brewing – their house wild yeast was captured in a neighbouring cider orchard and they often forage seasonal, wild ingredients from around the local area.
