Kirsty and Fenella are the co-owners of The Seafood Shack, which opened in Scotland’s Ullapool in 2016. Each morning the fishermen drop off their catch at The Seafood Shack, and Kirsty and Fenella create a menu depending on what they have in.
Their accolades include the BBC Radio 4 Food and Farming Award for Best Street Food or Takeaway in 2017, as well as recognition from the Scottish Food Awards, Highlands and Islands Tourism Awards, Food Awards Scotland and more.
