Sai Deethwa is a former MasterChef contestant and founder of Thai street-food brand, Buddha Belly.
Sai and Buddha Belly have been finalists at the 2016 British Street Food Awards, won the 2018 What's On Reader Award for Best Street Food, secured the People's Choice Midlands BSFA in 2017, and clinched the Best Street Food award at the Midlands Food, Drink and Hospitality Awards in 2019.
