Shauna Guinn is a street food raconteur, author and restaurateur known for her passion for American barbecue. Shauna’s six-month road trip across America with her friend, Samantha Evans, led her and Sam to open a small pop-up in a backstreet Cardiff pub, The Canadian.
Shauna has published a book, Hang Fire Cookbook: Recipes and Adventures in American BBQ, and her dedication to the art of barbecue was also showcased on the BBC show, Sam and Shauna's Big Cookout. She also received the Best Street Food award at the BBC Radio 4 Food and Farming Awards in 2015.
