Chef Neil Rankin is founder of the award-winning Temper in London, and vegan restaurant, Simplicity Burger, among other ventures. He worked in fine-dining kitchens such as Chez Bruce and Rhodes Twenty Four before developing a love for cooking with fire at Jamie Oliver’s Barbecoa. Neil is best known for his Southern-inspired barbecue food and has written a book on the subject, Low and Slow: How to Cook Meat. He has also appeared on the BBC’s Great British Menu.
