Kath and Liam Berney are proprietors of the Cottage In The Wood restaurant with rooms, in Whinlatter Forest near Keswick, in the Lake District which is the UK’s newest UNESCO World Heritage Site. Previously winners at the annual Taste Cumbria festival, and the proud holders of 3 AA Rosettes, the Cottage In The Wood team champions Cumbrian produce, traditional British flavours and the natural ingredients found on their doorstep.
