Giulia Scarpaleggia is a Tuscan-born food writer, cookbook author, podcaster and cooking class instructor. Her Italian cookbooks include Le Ricette di mia Nonna, Cuscina Naturale: Frutta and her sixth and most recent publication, Cucina Povera.
