Caroline Waldegrave owns and runs Dudwell Cookery School. She is also the founding principal, former managing director and co-owner of Leiths School of Food and Wine.
Caroline has published several books, including Leith’s Cookery Bible, Cookery Course, Cookery School, Leith’s Easy Dinner Parties, Leith’s Fish Bible, The Healthy Gourmet and The Low Fat Gourmet, many of which were co-authored with Prue Leith.
Caroline has appeared on television programs such as Chef School, MasterChef and Tricks of the Table. Her contributions to the UK catering industry were recognised with an OBE in 2000.
She now runs Dudwell Cookery School in the Mendip Hills in Somerset, near Bath, which you can follow on Instagram at @dudwellschool.
