Bonnie Chung is a chef and the founder of Miso Tasty, an award-winning miso paste that can be found in major supermarkets such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Ocado and Whole Foods.
Bonnie has published two books: Miso Tasty: Everyday Tasty Recipes with Miso (2016) and Tofu Tasty (2021). Bonnie Chung has also made notable television appearances, including on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch.
Her first book, Miso Tasty, was selected for the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards for Japanese cuisine in 2017. It was also named in The Independent's Top 10 Cookbooks of 2016.
